  • Entrepreneurship Program at Sierra Nevada College

Undergraduate program providing small business and entrepreneurship training to 30 Native American entrepreneurs. Participants get hands-on training in screening ideas and developing a business plan. Advanced undergraduate entrepreneurship majors under the mentoring of Croom Teaching Fellows implement the training over five months.

The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) is part of the U.S. Department of Commerce and is the only federal agency created specifically to foster the establishment and growth of minority-owned businesses in America. Provides an array of resources for Native American entrepreneurs on topics including business development, contracting opportunities, and financing.
